I personally would like to give Michael Moore a credit for deciding to create the film “Sicko”. You bet it isn’t an easy journey. This part of the film confirmed that in America healthy care industry, it isn’t about their nation (yet); it is only about its profit.

Friends, I whole hearty hope that you will step up and take great care of your own health. This is you life!!, and you have all the power you need within yourself to stay healthy…..

As you I’m writing this posting, I’m a proud to say that I’ve joined the 2% of people in the world who can call themselves successful entrepreneurs. Yes… I’m proud, but I’m not surprised because deep down, I have always had unshakeable confidence in myself and my abilities and I knew I would be successful, no matter what. Although I have faced many challenges along the way, I refused to allow them to deter me from being persistent and consistent toward my business or the pursuit of my goals and that has been the key to my success.

If you’re embarking on an entrepreneurial journey of your own, I’d like to ask you a few simple questions. What about you? Are you absolutely sure that you are going to be successful? Do you have the right mindset for success? Are you willing to carry yourself forward without giving in to doubt Remember, anyone can say that they want to be successful but saying it and doing it are two different things.

Remember, anyone can say that they want to be successful but saying it and doing it are two different things. Many times, people will start down the path to success. They will see an opportunity and they will jump in with both feet, full of energy and the best of intentions. But when faced with challenges it is easy to become discouraged, to lose faith and sadly, many people will not stay the course long enough to BECOME successful.

When things start to get tough, most people give up on themselves. They find excuses for their failures, take the easy way out and quickly disappear. Always remember, you start down the road to success by making a decision, but that road is paved with commitment.

Many times you will find that your challenges are not as difficult as they seem, but they can quickly add up. When you face challenge after challenge as you climb the ladder to success, you may start to believe that you might never reach the top. This common mindset affects most people and makes it abundantly clear why only 2% of the world’s population achieves wealth and success. The moral again… Don’t give up!

If you really want to become successful then you have to think like a successful person. Learn from those who have already achieved success and program your mind for success. To borrow an old saying from computer programmers, “Garbage in - garbage out”, meaning that a computer’s productivity is only as good as the information that is fed into it. You have to remember that the human mind is the world’s most sophisticated computer and as human beings we are all programmable individuals. Our minds are constantly bombarded with negative and demoralizing influences (and if you don’t believe me, just turn on the TV or pick up a newspaper) and make no mistake about it, your effectiveness, your ability to succeed will be directly impacted by the information that you feed into that super-computer that you call your mind.

So, how do you program your mind instead, for success? Stop feeding it junk-food! Eliminate the negative influences from your life and instead, give your mind some positive influences to chew on. Influences that are motivational, educational and empowering. My suggestion is that you start off by reading books, listening to audios, and watching videos on personal development as well as going to motivational seminars.

Are you that person who feels like you don’t deserve to be happy?

Guilt about feeling happy can arise for different reasons. Deep down you may believe that you don’t deserve to be happy because you hurt someone in the past, had more than others growing up, or maybe you received a mean comment from someone you admired. Perhaps it once seemed that painful experiences always followed happy ones; now whenever you begin to feel happy, you find yourself waiting for the other shoe to drop. Happiness may even just feel uncomfortable because you’ve gotten so used to feeling down. The truth is that when you feel too guilty to let yourself enjoy positive emotions, you are denying a part of yourself that has a right to exist.

By limiting your life experience to just the negative feelings, you are cutting yourself off from the fullness of life which the positive emotions are included.

Fortunately, you can begin to shift the way you respond to happiness right now. From now on, when happiness begins to blossom in your heart, close your eyes and have deep conscious breaths, allow your heart to open up and accept the feeling. After a couple of deep long breaths, now feel how the feeling of the happiness affects your heart, and affects your whole body. Feel the sweetness and the calmness of this subtle happiness. And again remember back to your conscious loving breaths!!!

It isn’t about you deserve or don’t deserve the happiness. It’s about allowing your wholeness and your connections with life to be a part of the oneness. The next time happiness appears for you, try not to feel guilty about it. Instead, welcome your happiness in like a long-awaited friend.

Do one thing at a time!! When you read something, apply the entire mind to that. When you eat, see that the mind is concentrated on your eating, on your chewing, and on the flavor of the food you eat. If you train your mind all throughout the day that way, it will become easier and easier for you to have one mind when you meditate.

When you meditate, always select something holy to focus on, something that can lift up you, something that can make you go further toward the goal.

Slowly and gradually train the mind in such a way that it is always under your control, and, whenever you want, you will be able to make it still.

It has been an interesting journey for me since I moved to Buffalo, NY on March 1’ 08. I landed at the worst snow storm that they ever get yet this year. It was cold obviously. I saw snow pile up everywhere, and the road is the only space that has been kept as clear as possible. Very interesting!!!

I just don’t really know how to dress properly for this type of weather (yet). It seemed that I never get warm enough. And since I started to ware clothes so many layers (first time in my life) the hard part was to figure it out when I have to co-operate being inside and being outside. It was a very stressful period in the first 2-3 weeks since I have to adjust to the new space and I packed so light (I still don’t have a proper shoe for the weather yet)

Lucky me that it wasn’t that hard to find a gym for my exercise+ holice personality. It really had been very helpful to clamed and grounded me A LOT with my transition. However, the hard part is again, to dress properly. I used to wear tank top, and of course I wore tank-top to the gym with the jacket on. It was chill to wear only tank top in the building in the winter time in Buffalo, then, I put the coat on, the next thing I knew it was too hot and I had to take it off. OH my MOM!!!

I’m searching within myself what emotional is it that create the free-radicals which block me to blossom fully.

I know I can be and do everything in the highest abilities within me that I feel, but then some hiding lumps are leveraging my abilities at the same time. They create the feeling within me that I can’t reach those highest abilities because you aren’t born in America. I came from some where else, so I will never be perfect for this place. Oh my god!! See thatThe big ugly ego…it grasps and holds on (tight) on negative information, and even have to present itself to me, so I will never forget it as well….

Challenges are always in every level!! You go to the next level, bigger challenges are waiting for you to defeat them.

The experiment looked into how quickly and effectively a high-fiber diet can start working.

The two truckers are on the test. They said their diets consist of whatever they can eat which of course these food has almost no fiber.

The first step was to measure just how slowly their guts were moving. Both swallowed a pill that contains a tiny transmitter so researchers can track how long it takes for them to process food. With hardly any fiber, it took nearly a full day for one trucker to pass his pill—and more than 42 hours for another one.
Then they went on a weeklong change, loading up on whole grain cereal bars, whole wheat bread and fruit with the skin on it. After a week on a high-fiber diet, the truckers swallowed the same pill. Both significantly reduced their transit times nearly in half.

The positive effects of getting enough fiber will happen almost immediately. The fiber help move things through your system every quickly, including toxins.
Dr. Oz said, “Bile, when it gets absorbed through the bowel, turns into cholesterol. So when you take a lot of fiber in your diet, you suck the bile out of you, and your cholesterol drops automatically. It also gets rid of sugar, which helps the diabetics. And it’s a great tool if you want to lose weight because it makes you feel full.”

Getting enough fiber is not just about eliminating the discomfort of constipation. Without enough fiber, there is an increased risk of bowel or colon cancer.

Do you need to get more fiber in your diet? Women need about 25 grams a day, and men need 35 grams a day. That’s anywhere between seven and nice helpings of fruits and vegetables.

Looking for a good sign!! When you start consuming great amount of fiber, at the end of the day you are going to have some gas since the fiber in the bowel is permeated by bacteria, the bacteria eat the fiber, and they make gas as their waste products.

As you can see, it is not too hard and too expensive for us to safe our beautiful earth.

Yesterday, I got over my excuse with the heat and rode my bike to LA fitness. Well, I have to say that it’s really extreme to be out in that kind of condition. You can feel the wave of dry heat hitting and little cell of your body. I have to cover my top body with a long sleeve, with the hat on and of course sun glasses.

biking However, I reminded my self that “a little contribute is count”, and I want to be able to count on decreasing my everyday carbon dioxide emissions.

On the way back I got my flat tire…iieieieei. It’s hilarious because I think God just want me to stop and the positive side of the situation…..I guess ;)
